While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processes. Weather disruptions, public holidays, and inter-island logistical bottlenecks can occasionally extend transit times beyond the initial estimate.
Risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once the package leaves our Bali facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for safe transit. We provide tracking information wherever available so you can follow each stage of the journey.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Prime shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the consumption of our products.
